This banner was created using a painting from the ’60s or ’70s. I used Photoshop to cut, recolor, and manipulate the painting elements. Many of the pieces were rebuilt to create this horizontal layout from the original vertical layout. Check out the banner, live.

The Liftoff logo took many attempts before landing (no pun intended) on this rocket style. The rockets were created in Illustrator and exported as SVG. Look here for the live blog.

The path to this banner was fairly simple and relied on the elements given during the client brief. A bit of color and a little typography treatment in Illustrator and this banner was complete. Check out the live banner here.
